I LOVE the Long Beach Location! Its always fresh ! But i was driving by this location in compton, and to start off the lady charging has the worst attitude! She shouldnt be in a position where customer service is a MUST! Then i drive home and to notice the chicken its RE HEATED! It was NASTY! So i called to tell them not to be giving people chicken this way because its nasty ! And i told her i didnt call to ask for my money back or for food. I called to tell them so no one else has to eat this re heated/microwave chicken and she said ok and hung up on me! With not ONE apology. The worst place! Want to have real juicy chicken ? Go to the Long Beach Location!

There chicken is seasoned well. Love the sides also. I drive from another city to get there food. You should try them out.

I had high hopes for this place but it dissapointed. The food was very sub par. The chicken was dry and had no flavor. The rice and beans lacked flavor aswell. I got 4 tortillas for a whole chicken order, not sure if that's what they normally give but seemed skimpy. This place was definitely lacking in flavor.

All I can say is... Pollo Loco who? This chicken has amazing taste and the chorizo tacos are amazing. The owners are super nice and polite. I always recommend this spot.
